There was no mention of the opening of a Kosovo office in Belgrade and a Serbian office in Pristina in the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, said the head of the Belgrade negotiating team, Borislav Stefanović. The question was not brought up formally either and had it been, our answer would have been clear, said Stefanović, commenting on the statement of the leader of the Socialists, Ivica Dačić, that he could never be in a government which would agree to the opening of a so-called Kosovo government office in Belgrade and a Serbian government office in Priština.
