The IMF mission might come to Belgrade when the new Serbian Government invites them, stated head of the IMF Office in Belgrade Bogdan Lisovolik. He has added that there still has not been mention of the date for the mission’s arrival, and that the topics of the talks will depend on the requests from the Serbian authorities. In October 2011, the IMF Board of executive directors granted Serbia the standby arrangement worth 1.1 billion euros, for the period of 18 months, which has been frozen until the new government is formed.
