Representatives of KFOR have expressed concern about the appearance of flyers that call upon the Serb returnees in certain villages to move out of Kosmet. KFOR deputy spokesperson Mark Stimmler could not specify the steps that the international forces may undertake, but he stressed they would react if evidence appears on a real threat to security. The flyers in which the so-called “People’s Army of Albanians” invited the Serbs to move out, because they are “criminals, directly or indirectly”, have appeared in several villages in northern Kosmet.
