Jeremic in Moscow tomorrow

Serbian Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremic will have talks in Moscow tomorrow with this Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov, on improving the bilateral relations, current European and international issues and the agenda of the 67th session of the UN General Assembly. The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has communicated that the election of Vuk Jeremic as the president of the UN General Assembly reflects the high authority of Serbia, which is pledging for the reinforcing of the UN role and respect of basic principles of the international law. Jeremic is coming to Moscow at a moment when the necessity to have the UN take the leading role is stressed in the international scene, and to be a unified multi-lateral mechanism in overcoming the modern challenges, emphasized the communiqué. It is also pointed that intensive contact of Serbia and Russia on the high level are fully reflecting the mutual interest in building the bilateral relations on the principles of the strategic partnership.
